Refund policy

Within 14 days of shipment of your order, you may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a full refund (excluding shipping):

• Telescopes in new condition with original packaging and all accessories.
• Any Accessory in its original condition with original packaging.

We do not accept returns on indent items, special orders, closeouts, books, star charts or opened software. 

No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation and none will be accepted more than 14 days after the original shipment of the merchandise. Factory defects are covered by the terms of the manufacturer's warranties and can only be exchanged for identical equipment. 

We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 14 days after shipment, are in unsalable condition, or are missing parts (including packaging) may be returned at our discretion and you may be charged a restocking fee.

We cannot accept items returned more than 30 days after issue of an Returns Authorisation.
