Shipping policy

Shipping

Items that are in stock are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. Typically allow 1- 3 days for delivery.

Small & medium sized items are shipped by NZPost Courier.

Larger items (such as telescopes and mounts) are shipped by truck. Please note that telescopes are often large and bulky and shipping is charged by size not weight. There may be a surcharge for deliveries to residential addresses for these larger items. Pickup can be arranged from our freighters local depot.
